Forexyard Trading Station up to 10 minutes behind live data

This just adds to my frustration! It appears that my “live” trading station is up to 10 minutes behind real data… Without warning… And Forexyard support has no idea what is going on. I also don’t feel that they are really trying hard to solve it despite the gravity of the situation.

I’ve reinstalled ActFx… cleared cache… tried 4 different computers… demo systems are just fine of course (as far as I can tell) but the “live” trading station is not working.

Forexyard’s response… “We’ll send you an email Monday”.

Wow…. I reported this problem yesterday and again today and this is the urgency.

Trading with real money on what appears to be live data (but is not) is a huge problem!

This weekend I”ll be looking at a different broker and Meta Trader. Enough is enough.
